|24.36.0.xxx |2010-03-01 15:01:12 Mike Cope - Instant ClassicI'm about 40-minutes into this one, but it's definitely an "instant classic" that will be listened to again.
Of course, there hasn't been too much swearing yet, so that may all change after I listen to the rest tomorrow
But seriously, the timing of this episode is nice because I recently subscribed to Webcomics.com.

|170.37.232.xxx |2010-03-02 03:09:12 SteveThat's so great to hear an insulting lazy joke about someone's son that committed suicide. Good job guys. Really classy.

|165.166.210.xxx |2010-03-02 04:13:43 Brian DunawayActually the joke was on us.
If you listen carefully we are truly bummed by the news. Then we introduced the fact that comedic timing is very important and we discuss John Sanford's comic about Michael Jackson's death and how long is an appropriate amount of time between death and when it is acceptable to make a joke. All subjects very worthy of discussion on a comic podcast.

We never claimed we were classy!

Milt Gross's stuff http://www.bpib.com/gross.htm does posses an off kilter-ness I'm unable to properly describe makes it interesting and totally fun to look at. I heard that Milt Gross comics influenced Bob Clampet one of the prominent Directors of Warner Bros. Looney Tunes/Merry Melodies in the 30's until about 1946.
