Episode 50 - Pab Sungenis

QV

Humorist and radio host Pab Sungenis joins us for our Golden Anniversary show to discuss his comic strip The New Adventures of Queen Victoria.

Pab is a wonderful guest, and his lively and engaging personality makes the show go by so fast, you won't believe an hour has gone by. We discuss the mechanics of creating and maintaining a clip-art comic strip, how that came about, and Pab's other projects which include two novels and a video podcast, due out very soon. It's called the Idiot Box and it will debut on September 26th. A preview is there now, and the show's website can be found at http://www.idiotboxers.tv. Click here for a sneak preview type teaser trailer, it's hysterical!

As always, we love your feedback. Post here or email us.

    Congrats on the milestone, guys!
  • worth  - Congrats on the big 5-0!
Congratulations on reaching 50 shows. And what a great guest to help reach this milestone. I've enjoyed Queen Vic's New Adventures--since its debut on Comics Sherpa. A fresh, original concept and darn funny to boot!
  • mischo  - They are jolly good fellows...
I did all 50 with you, yet still feel so young... The ride was great so far. I wish you enough creative energy to continue with whatever you dig into.

I'm catching up on my backlog of podcasts. This was my favorite interview for a while! Pab's so energetic, and I LOVE his humor.

Definitely getting into this guy's work! I'd totally read those books he's written when he finds a publisher.
